- Lady Mantle
Lady’s Mantle is a perennial plant native to North America, Europe, and northern Asia. It thrives in shady, wooded areas. The 4 to 18 inch green to blue-green stalk turns reddish-brown. The clusters of small yellow flowers bloom from May through October.

Lavender is a shrub native to the Mediterranean. It is also widely cultivated throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe for its fragrance.

Leek is an annual plant that is usually cultivated. The root stem grows from a bulb, producing clusters of white to light red flowers, with small bulbs growing among them, that bloom from June through July.

Lily Of The Valley is a perennial plant native to Europe and Asia. It is also widely cultivated in the United States and Canada. The slender creeping stem grows to 12 inches, producing two pointed leaves, and white, bell shaped, fragrant flowers that bloom throughout the summer.

Lovage is a perennial plant native to Europe. Is also widely cultivated. The thick rootstock produces a cylindrical 6 foot stalk that is hollow and covered with aromatic leaves.
- Lungwort
Lungwort is a hardy perennial plant native to Europe, Canada, and the northern United States. It is also widely cultivated. The creeping rootstock produces several stems which are covered with silver spotted, dark green leaves
